Green Juice for Cleansing

- 1 bunch of kale
- 1-2 cucumber
- 5 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon
- 1 kiwi (optional)
- ginger root 2 inch knob
- 2-3 granny smith apples
Collect and wash the fruits and vegetables.
Quarter and peel lemon wedges. Peel the 2 inch knob of ginger root.
Juice in the order listed.
Drink right away or store fresh juice in the refrigerator to enjoy within 72 hours.
This recipe will make approximately 32 oz of juice for two 16 oz servings.
If the apples or cucumbers are small, use the larger quantity in the ingredients section.
The kiwi is optional, but is recommended if you prefer to make the sour taste a little sweeter.
